In the centre of Tochni village we will meet local village women who will give us recipes and explain to us how we make the traditional bread and olive pie.
Everyone will join the preparation of lighting up the clay oven and start baking their own creations.
Coffee and free time will be given, enough for the bread you prepared to be ready and cooked.
A traditional mezze dinner with local village wine will be served at Tochni Taverna where client’s bread creations will be served during dinner. Live music will be entertaining during you with Cypriot and Greek melodies.
